Good effort was put in. A few items needed reformatting for visual appeal and protocol. I can work with the output as delivered...if anything needs changing, I have the files that will allow that to happen.

He was very polite and responsive and happy to do what was needed to get the work done. I was very detailed in my initial request; however I still had to make changes to the final draft to align it with my needs and expectations, thankfully I know how to use word proficiently.
