 Ensure all accounting source documents, are accurately preserved and all financial activities are kept in atrue and fair manner.  Prepare monthly staff salary with income tax.  Assist Internal or External audit for auditing.  Maintain all books of accounts of the project and maintain bank accounts, cash management, fixed assets management, stock management, advance and reimbursement, audit arrangements, TAX and VAT regulations and compliance with the project;  Preserve all documents records and financial records in accordance with the provisions  Assist project manager for organized project related work planning, revised budgeting, weekly, monthly & yearly plan.  Prepare monthly report on all proceeds, Vat and income Tax deduction as per Govt. rules.  Maintain day to day banking and maintain a good functional linkage and others financial activities as per organizational policies and practices.  Maintain bank reconciliation at the end of month.
