Oi, eu sou a Sara Green, coach de relacionamentos, mentora e autora best-seller de From Wound to Light.
Eu ajudo pessoas que buscam clareza, insight e orientação sobre relacionamentos, desafios familiares e transições de vida. Meu trabalho é focado em te ajudar a entender padrões, melhorar a comunicação e tomar decisões fundamentadas e confiantes no amor e na vida.
Com formação em psicologia e ampla experiência apoiando pessoas em desafios de namoro, preocupações nos relacionamentos, dinâmicas de parentalidade e transições emocionais, ofereço orientações pensadas, práticas e em um espaço calmo e acolhedor.
Minha abordagem é baseada em psicologia, utilizando princípios de apego, reflexão baseada em valores, estratégias cognitivas e ferramentas de mindfulness, sempre adaptadas à sua situação e objetivos únicos.
