Founder of IALumen, an AI agency that helps small and medium businesses automate customer service and operations. I design and build AI chatbots for WhatsApp and websites, business websites, and automations that connect forms, CRMs and messaging tools. Projects include an ordering and customer service bot for a pizzeria and an FAQ assistant for a notary office, reducing repetitive questions and response times.

Head of Cost Analysis at La Mantovana Servicios Generales, a facility services group (cleaning, maintenance and security). I manage the cost structure and pricing of a portfolio of around 400 service contracts with public and private clients. I prepare cost structures and price quotations for public tenders, calculate price adjustments based on labor agreements and official indexes, and build Excel models and reports for management decisions. I also automate repetitive analysis and reporting using AI tools.
