Do I pay a commission on every order?
No. You pay once for the website and keep 100% of your sales. The only ongoing costs are hosting, the domain and the standard Stripe card fees if you accept online payments.
How do I receive the orders?
Orders arrive instantly on your order dashboard, which works on any phone, tablet or PC, and by email. You see the items, customer details, pickup or delivery time and payment status.
Can I change the menu and prices myself?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include an admin panel where you can add dishes, change prices, mark items as sold out and update opening hours.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, with the Premium package or the Payment Integration extra. Payments go through Stripe directly to your bank account. Customers can also pay cash on pickup or delivery.
I have more than one location. Is that possible?
Yes. The Premium package supports multiple locations, each with its own menu, opening hours and orders. You can also add locations with the Additional location extra.
Do I need to buy hosting and a domain?
Yes, hosting and domain are paid by you and stay in your name. I recommend affordable options and handle the full setup.
