Responsible for the Complete Design & Integration of non-ordinance-based systems such as recovery loader cranes, portable & deployable bridges, and Auxiliary power units on HMV vehicles. Performed Design Calculations, FE Analysis and DFMEA of Sub-systems and ensured overall integrity of the system in a virtual environment using Design & Testing Standards. ● Design of Sheet Metal & Carbon Composite (UD 700) material components. ● Structural & Hydraulic Calculations as per IS 800 & ISO 3320. ● Design & Analysis of Loader Crane System Structure as per EN-12999 & IS 4573. ● Hydraulic System Design, Integration & Testing as per IS 10585. ● FE Analysis of integrated systems - Static & Dynamic as per MIL 810. → Promoted as Senior Design Engineer within 6 months for exemplary work in Finite Element Analysis.
