I will startup your business for you

1. Basic: I will register/file your company with a US Secretary of State ("SOS"). It will include proof of business registration in one state of your choosing and, depending on the jurisdiction, may also include a federal tax identification number.
2. Standard: Basic + will search and file your trademark in one jurisdiction (more may be added upon request and additional payment).
3. Premium: Standard + Founder's Agreement or Operating Agreement. This will be a complete start-up package for a business owner.

Before purchasing a package, please ensure:

• Your business name is not already registered.
• You have already created an account with the Secretary of State in the jurisdiction you wish to file in and are ready to share credentials in order to begin the registration.
• Except for certain circumstances, I cannot register a business name that is already in use or has been suspended or terminated in a particular jurisdiction.

By registering your entity, I will need access to your SOS account and credentials. Once the registration process is complete, I will deliver a virtual package with pertinent information provided during the registration process.
