Provide professional DNS and domain management services for businesses, website owners, and online brands experiencing domain connectivity and configuration issues. My work involves diagnosing DNS related problems, reviewing domain records, configuring nameservers, and ensuring domains are correctly connected to websites, hosting platforms, email services, and cloud environments. I troubleshoot common DNS issues such as incorrect A records, CNAME conflicts, missing or outdated records, nameserver misconfigurations, propagation-related problems, and domain resolution errors. I also assist with DNS record management, including A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, and other relevant records depending on the client's setup and requirements. For cloud-based projects, I configure and manage DNS settings to establish reliable communication between domains and cloud services. I carefully review existing configurations before making changes, helping minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary disruptions. My approach focuses on accurate diagnosis, clean configuration, proper record management, and post-configuration verification. After implementing changes, I check DNS resolution and propagation to confirm that the updated configuration is working as expected. I also communicate technical findings clearly so clients understand the issue and the solution provided. The goal of every project is to provide a stable, properly configured domain environment that supports reliable website access, email delivery, and other connected online services.
