Jun 2024 - Present • 2 yrs 4 mos

I have been managing and handling the eBay account for Nextgen LLC since June 2024 and continue to actively work with the company. My responsibilities include complete account management such as product listing optimization, order processing, customer support, inventory management, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth daily operations. During my tenure, I successfully improved store performance by implementing effective sales strategies, optimizing listings for better visibility, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. In 2026, I helped generate approximately $250,000 in total sales, achieving an average profit margin of 20–30% through strategic pricing, supplier coordination, and operational efficiency. I focus on data-driven decision making, problem solving, and maintaining marketplace compliance to ensure consistent growth and long-term account health.
