Yes — I'll need collaborator access to your Shopify store to diagnose and fix the issue. Go to Settings → Users & Permissions → Send collaborator invite. Your store data stays safe and secure. (If the Collaborator invite option has been changed, just let me know in chat and i will guide you.)
What if you can't fix my issue?
I'll tell you upfront before you place an order. Send me a message first describing the issue — if it's outside my scope, I won't waste your time or money.
How quickly can you fix my bug?
Most single bug fixes are resolved within 24 hours. Complex issues may take longer — I'll give you a clear timeline after reviewing your store.
Will the fix affect the rest of my store?
No. I work on a duplicate theme or take a backup before making any changes. Your live store is always protected throughout the process.
What if the bug comes back after delivery?
