Very efficient and responded quickly. Only challenge was the agreed cost of the project as Fiverr quoted a price which I paid. The illustrator felt my diagram (4 different circles in a row with writing on them) was actually 4 different diagrams however there's no way for this to be re-quoted before art...

Very quick response, even earlier than agreed deadline. Great quality illustrations. I very much like the clean .svg files that I can use. I had illustrations from different sources with different fonts etc, and now I have a common style for all of them. It looks great.
