The client had low member activity, weak onboarding, and poor content structure, which reduced retention and engagement inside the community. I rebuilt the Skool setup by restructuring categories, improving onboarding flow, and organizing content into a clear learning path. I also optimized the community layout to make navigation easier and added engagement triggers to increase participation. After the improvements, member activity became more consistent, onboarding was smoother, and content consumption increased. The community became easier to use, more engaging, and better positioned for long-term retention and monetization.
