I build VR and mixed reality experiences in Unity for Meta Quest, and I wire them into real hardware. Sensors, actuators and microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32) integrated directly with the headset over serial or Wi-Fi, so what happens in VR happens in the room too. Haptics, physical controls, installations that react to real people.
Most Unity developers don't touch electronics. Most electronics people don't write C#. I do both.
