Club House Phase-II: G+17 | 4 Towers Currently handling end-to-end responsibilities on one of Kolkata's most ambitious ongoing premium residential township projects — Urban Vista. My role spans the full project lifecycle across three critical domains: ▸ Project Design: Actively involved in the design stage, contributing to spatial planning, layout development, and coordination of architectural and structural drawings across all towers and ancillary structures. ▸ Project Development: Managing the progressive development of a large-scale multi-tower complex, ensuring phased execution aligns with design intent, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. ▸ Project Execution: Overseeing on-site execution of construction activities across 7 high-rise residential towers (G+16 & G+17), a Basement + Ground + 7-storied Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) structure, and a sprawling 15,000 sq.ft. Club House with premium lifestyle amenities. This ongoing flagship project represents the highest level of my professional engagement — combining design precision, development planning, and hands-on site execution at scale. Every floor plan I create is informed by this depth of real-world experience.

Project & Design Development Engineer — Urban Greens, Kolkata Phase-IIA: G+10 | 5 Towers | 6-Storied MLCP | Extravagant Club House with Luxurious Amenities Phase-IIB: G+10 | 5 Towers Took on an expanded role in this premium residential township project, handling three critical functions — project development, drawing coordination, and final handover. ▸ Project Development: Involved in the planning and execution stages of a large-scale residential complex, ensuring milestones were met across multiple towers simultaneously. ▸ Drawing Coordination: Managed and coordinated architectural and civil drawings across all stakeholders — ensuring design intent was accurately translated to site execution. This included cross-checking floor plans, resolving on-site discrepancies, and maintaining updated drawing registers. ▸ Handover: Oversaw the final possession process for 10 high-rise residential towers across two phases, along with a 6-storied Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) structure and a premium Club House featuring luxurious lifestyle amenities. This project reflects hands-on experience with complex, high-end residential developments — directly relevant to producing accurate, detailed, and professional 2D floor plans.

Planning Engineer — DTC Southern Heights, Kolkata Phase-1A: G+12 | 9 Towers Phase-1B: G+14 | 7 Towers Played a key role in the handover process of one of Kolkata's large-scale residential township projects — DTC Southern Heights. Managed the final stage delivery of 16 high-rise towers across two phases with a 30000 sq. ft area of mesmerizing Club House with all lucrative amenities, coordinating between construction, client, and facility teams to ensure smooth unit-by-unit and tower-wise possession. This included verifying as-built conditions, documentation, snagging, and ensuring all civil finishes met handover standards before resident occupation.
