1.Do you work on Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise?
Both. I handle Odoo Community and Odoo Enterprise the same way. Tell me which edition you run and I will confirm before we start. Community work is usually cheaper because there is no licence layer to work around.
2.Which Odoo versions do you support?
Odoo 17, 18 and 19 are my main versions. I also work on 15 and 16, which is where most Odoo migration requests come from. If you are on something older, send me a screenshot of your About page and I will tell you honestly whether an upgrade or a fresh Odoo setup makes more sense.
3.Will you touch my live database?
Not without your say so. I take a copy, build and test the change there, then show you the result. Only after you approve does anything go near production. I also ask you to keep your own backup before any Odoo customization goes live.
4.Do I get the source code and support after delivery?
Yes. You get the full module source, the XML views and any Python files I write. It is your code, I do not lock or hide anything. Every order also includes free fixes for anything that does not work as agreed, and I offer a 30 day support extra if you want ongoing help.
5.Can you fix a module another developer built?
Yes, this is a large part of what I do. Send me the module folder or repo access and describe what is broken. I will read the code first and tell you whether a repair or a rewrite is cheaper before you spend anything.
