Handled the full cycle of recruitment.Source, screen, validate, offer, and close resources for job requirements. Worked closely with hiring managers, directors and top level management executives of the company to identify and recruit for current openings and proactively develop sources for future recruiting opportunities. Sourced resumes from various resume databases including candidates through referral generation, direct sourcing, social networking, creating detailed yet engaging job postings, conducting Boolean Searches on job boards like Dice, ceipal, Monster & bulhorn. Recruited all levels of consultants ranging from Program Managers to junior level engineer. Short listed candidate’s resumes based on client requirements &technically interviewed candidates on the phone. Negotiated with candidates on salaries or rates. Convinced the candidates on the respective offer, benefits and career growth potential with the company/client. Maintained a database of potential candidates for present and future requirements. The information on candidates and details of the conversations were kept in the company database (CRM). This information is accessible to the relevant company management. Formatted resumes based on the company template. Setting up and coordinating client interviews and follow ups with the candidates on feedback. Conducted reference and background checks.
