Civic Innovation Analyzing Municipality Meetings If you watch publicly available recordings of any recorded meeting; then it basically means that when a recording takes 2 hours; that you have to spend 2 hours listening or watching. If you have historic data that spans 10 years; then you should listen to 10 years doing so. This is not a very useful way of spending research time or being active as a citizen. From that perspective this question was born. Because, this experiment would require compute and I have no access to it; I would prefer to make a grant proposal and go for a funding request. However; these are tedious processes and highly competitive. I either need someone who is willing to collaborate from an interest and curiosity or someone willing to at least help formulate the solution. From memory the call for proposal is 2026 or forthcoming 2027. I am in the process of research and gathering the right information and some advice to handle this problem.
