Rick was awesome! I got exactly what I asked for which was the ability to access my NAS from outside of my network. Rick was able to get this up and working incredibly quickly. I would definitely use him again in the future!

I set up a UGreen DXP8800 Plus with 10GbEthernet, 10GbE tp-link switch, 10GbE OWC adapter directly connected to my laptop. My big issue was that I was unable to map network drive on my windows 11 pro computer receiving Error code: 0X80070043 "the network name cannot be found" I spent several hours trying...
