I love reading and writing, so becoming a copy-editor and proofreader was a natural thing for me to do. I have been working in this space for 15 years and always aim to be thorough. My work involves copy-editing and proofreading everything from health articles and sales copy to pitches and marketing reports.

To make certain I deliver quality work to you, I will:

• ensure your writing has no spelling mistakes, typos or grammatical errors
• make sure punctuation is used correctly
• restructure sentences and paragraphs for better flow and coherence, if necessary
• ensure recipes are well structured and easy to follow
• raise queries where anything is unclear
• give feedback where copy needs rewriting rather than copy-editing or proofreading
• make suggestions where headings or subheads need improving
• use reputable copy-editing/proofreading style guides, e.g. New Hart's Rules: The Oxford Style Guide
