After successfully improving the performance of Google Ads campaigns for my client’s Sauna business, the client trusted my work and assigned me another project for a new business they launched together with a friend - a Roofing Estimate CRM platform. For this project, my role was to plan and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on generating qualified leads from contractors and businesses interested in roofing estimate automation solutions. Since the product targeted a specific niche audience, I developed a structured keyword strategy based on high-intent search terms and aligned the campaigns with the customer acquisition funnel. I implemented conversion-focused campaign optimization, improved audience targeting, refined bidding strategies, and ensured accurate tracking of key lead actions to measure real performance. As a result, the campaigns started attracting more relevant traffic and generating consistent lead opportunities for the platform. One of my clients approached me because their Google Ads campaigns were not spending the allocated budgets and were struggling to generate impressions and conversions. I conducted a full account audit and implemented a strategic campaign structure by optimizing search intent keywords, improving bidding strategies, and launching targeted YouTube campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and retarget high-intent users. I also ensured accurate conversion tracking for trial signups and key engagement actions to measure real performance effectively. After aligning Google Search and YouTube Ads with the SaaS customer journey, the campaigns began attracting more relevant users, improving signup consistency and stabilizing budget utilization.
