I provide 1-to-1, online, personalised coaching in the rolling of a sea kayak.

The prerequisites are access to the basic equipment needed, kayak and paddle at a minimum. And you must be able to arrange to have yourself recorded on video for feedback.

The procedure I've found works best is for you to practice however you prefer and have yourself recorded doing one or two examples of each of the exercises you are working on, like 1-3min of video combined. Afterwards before your next session, ideally in a live chat, we talk about the video, I give feedback, focus points and maybe new exercises for the next session. And then we basically just repeat this cycle for great results :)
