Sobre mim
As a result, businesses I work with are able to reduce manual workload, respond faster to opportunities, and maintain consistent communication without increasing headcount. This is not just automation. It is building infrastructure that supports growth.
If you are looking for someone who understands both the technical side and the business impact of AI systems, then we are aligned.

Framont & Partners Management came to me frustrated: calls went unanswered, leads slipped through the cracks, and the team was buried in follow-ups. Before building anything, I sat down with them to see how a typical enquiry moved through their day. I then built a Retell AI voice receptionist that answers calls around the clock and linked it to their CRM with n8n, so every lead was logged, followed up and booked without anyone retyping a thing. The hard part was making it sound human and handle urgent calls well, so we tested call flows together until they trusted it. What I'm proudest of is the relief on their side: more time for clients, less admin, and me a message away whenever they need a tweak.
