MOQ varies by product and factory. Typically 10-50 pieces for standard items, 50-100 for custom designs. For single items (home use), I can also source from retail-ready suppliers.
Can I order just one or two pieces for my home?
Yes! While wholesale pricing requires larger quantities, I can help with small orders too. I'll find the best option whether you need 1 sofa or 100 dining sets.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production: 15-30 days for standard items, 30-45 days for custom. Sea shipping: 20-40 days depending on destination. Air/express: 5-10 days. I'll give you an exact timeline upfront.
Can you customize furniture with my logo or design?
Yes! Most factories offer OEM/ODM services. I can coordinate custom sizes, materials, colors, and logo engraving/printing for both commercial and residential projects.
Do you handle shipping to my country?
Yes, I arrange sea freight (LCL/FCL), air freight, and express delivery worldwide. I handle all documentation and can arrange door-to-door delivery with customs clearance
What if the furniture arrives damaged?
I do a thorough pre-shipment inspection and ensure proper packaging. If damage still occurs, I'll coordinate with the factory and shipping company for compensation, replacement, or refund.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. I recommend ordering samples first for commercial projects. I'll arrange sample production, inspect them, and ship to you for approval before bulk production
Do you charge a percentage of the order value?
No, my service fee is fixed per the gig package. I don't take a percentage of your product cost or any factory kickbacks, so you always get the true factory price.
