What file types do you work with?
I work exclusively with digital/fillable PDF forms. I do not accept scanned documents, images, or print-to-PDF files.
How do I know if my forms are digital/fillable?
Open the PDF. If you can click into fields and type, it is a digital/fillable form. If you cannot, it is not.
Do all my forms need to have the same structure?
Yes. For batch extraction, all forms must have the same fields and layout. If they are different, please message me before ordering.
What do you do with the data?
I extract the data, clean it up (combine split fields, format dates, remove junk), and deliver it as a clean Excel file.
What if I have more than 100 pages?
Message me before ordering. I will provide a custom quote based on your specific requirements.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a request to adjust the extracted data after initial delivery. Additional revision rounds can be purchased as an extra.
Can you extract data from scanned documents?
No. I only work with digital/fillable PDF forms.
What format will I receive the data in?
You will receive a clean, organized Excel file (.xlsx).
How do I send you my forms?
You can upload them directly through Fiverr's order system when you place the order.
