Why the Project Brief is so important ?
The brief (project specification document) is essential for every website project. This will help: -> both parties to be sure they are on same page -> skip a lot of misunderstandings before or during the project -> speed up the process and cut the back and forth during the project development.
Revision Policy
Revisions are small corrections that need to be made based on the starting customer requirements(our inaccuracies). Small changes that not required a lot of time and effort can be considered revisions. Changing or adding requirements are considered additional work and are charged extra.
Is it easy to manage the WordPress website ?
Yes, it is very easy. We will help you with your first steps. We will teach you the basic things that you have to know and feel confident to work with WordPress.
Do you accept custom orders ?
Yes, we actually prefer custom order, because every project is unique and it is great if we can discuss the details before the order is made. Just contact us first :)
Do you offer a support after the end of the project ?
Yes, we provide 15 days of additional support on every project. Of course, we are open for longer-term maintenance as well.
What do you need to get started?
You will have to provide us with : Project brief which describes the Main Idea and specific details, pictures,logo, content, WordPress login details. If you missing some of the requirements just contact us and we will help you with everything. If you need help in any of them, Contact us.
Do I have to provide you with the images and content for the site?
It will be great if you can. If not we always can use stock photos and dummy text to create the website. If you can't provide these resources please be sure to describe with details your idea and have a project Brief.
