Absolutely. I use secure, industry-standard software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You can watch my mouse move and see everything I am doing on your screen in real-time. You also maintain full control and can disconnect the session instantly at any point.
What do I need to do before we start the order?
All you need is a stable internet connection and to download a free remote desktop app like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Once you place the order, I will send you simple instructions on how to share your connection code with me.
Can you fix physical hardware issues, like a broken screen or clicking hard drive?
Since this is a remote service, I can only fix software, operating system, virus, and network issues. However, I can run system diagnostics to let you know exactly which physical hardware part is failing so you know what to replace!
What happens if my computer issue cannot be fixed remotely?
If the issue turns out to be a physical hardware failure or a completely dead system that cannot be accessed remotely, I will let you know immediately. If it's a software issue that I simply cannot solve, I will cancel the order so you are not charged.
Do you provide support for both Windows and Mac?
My primary expertise is in Windows (Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments) and general networking/router configurations. If you have a specific Mac issue, please message me first so I can confirm if I can help!
