What kind of posts per platform do your services provide?
They are SINGLE posts only. If you prefer more stories, reels/videos or other types of posts, please inform upfront when we are discussing the packages. Those are extra paid services.
How will you know what to post?
If you choose to work with me, we will have an onboarding form with questions about your business/organization, its products/services, its goals/mission and how I can meet your needs. I'll also research your business’s line-of-work to get a better idea of the “industry lingo.”
Can I send you photos/info to use for content creation upfront?
Yes! I would really appreciate it if you could share all pictures/info/digital files ALL at one time with me before the first draft is being created. However, I can work around from time to time with your content schedules as well, as long as it falls within the delivery period of each package.
What if I don’t like the posts you create?
All packages include a number of complimentary round(s) of revisions. Each time, you can provide feedback to me, and I will make adjustments so that you are 100% happy with the posts!
I'm trying to generate direct sales/leads. Can you help with this?
If you need quick sales, leads, or web traffic, I would advise you to consider paid social media ads. Even though organic posts may gradually boost revenue, I prefer to be honestly upfront that you shouldn't expect quick sales or leads from this Gig.
Do you also offer services in other languages?
Yes, my packages are also applicable for clients in Vietnamese. I am a native Vietnamese working in Linguistics field for more than 4 years, so I am confident my wording is catchy with the trend while still relevant to your brand and customers.
