Promoted to a technical role after structuring the data department from scratch, unifying 3 heterogeneous systems and eliminating 120 hours/month of manual work for 5 executive leaders. Designed and implemented the corporate DW from scratch, without a support team, using Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) on Oracle, applying Kimball methodology, Surrogate Keys, and SCD Type 2. Migrated orchestration from Pentaho to Apache Airflow (Docker), redesigning 111 tasks into a single DAG running 3x/day, reducing the DW cycle from 33 to 4 minutes. Implemented automated validations and load monitoring in pipelines, including failure handling and SCD consistency checks. Developed integration pipelines with 4 heterogeneous external sources, Zeev (REST API), PagBank (REST API), Uber (SFTP), and Universidade Expert, expanding the DW's analytical coverage to processes, payments, expenses, and training. Responsible for dashboards (Power BI, DAX) used daily by directors and managers, featuring payroll, costs, overtime, and turnover metrics.
