I turn your approved schematic into a documented KiCad PCB layout.
One board per package: Basic up to 25 components and 2 layers; Standard up to 50 components and 2 layers; Premium up to 100 components and 4 layers. Board size, footprint work and routing constraints must fit the agreed scope.
Delivery: editable KiCad PCB files, required custom footprints, Gerber and drill files, BOM, pick-and-place data, PCB 3D export using available models, and design-rule checks with documented exceptions.
Before ordering, send your schematic, component list, board outline, connector positions and manufacturer requirements so I can confirm the right package.
Schematic development, firmware, enclosures, fabrication, assembly, physical testing and certification are separate. High-speed, RF, mains and safety-critical designs require individual assessment.
Basic includes 1 revision round; Standard and Premium include 2. Revisions cover agreed requirements; new functions or changed schematics need a separate quote.
Communication in German or English.

Do I need a schematic before ordering?
Yes. Please provide an approved schematic, component list, board dimensions and connector positions. If your circuit still needs development, I can quote schematic work separately.
Which files will I receive?
Editable KiCad PCB files, required custom footprints, Gerber and drill files, BOM and pick-and-place data. A PCB 3D export uses available component models; custom enclosure design is separate.
Are manufacturing and physical testing included?
No. Packages cover digital design files. PCB fabrication, components, assembly, shipping, physical testing and certification are quoted separately if agreed.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a round of adjustments within the agreed schematic and requirements. Basic includes 1 round; Standard and Premium include 2. New functions or changed requirements need a separate quote.
Can you develop the schematic or firmware too?
These packages focus on layout from an approved schematic. Schematic development and firmware can be discussed and quoted separately after reviewing your requirements.
Do you guarantee certification or production readiness?
No certification is included. I check the layout against agreed manufacturer rules and document exceptions. Physical validation and any required compliance assessment must be planned separately.
How do we choose the right package?
Send your schematic and mechanical constraints before ordering. Component count alone does not determine complexity; routing, footprints, board size and special requirements also matter.

Great communication and fast delivery. I appreciate that Roger took his time to thoroughly clarify all the requirements beforehand, and helped with component selection. The results was even better than expected, i.e. the resulting PCB was smaller than I thougt it would be.

Alles verlief reibungslos, kurz ich hatte das Problem, dass ich sehr ausgelastet war und gleichzeitig das Board entworfen werden musste. Deshalb habe ich mich entschlossen hier jemanden zu suchen der mir dabei hilft. Rogerstr hat das gewissenhaft gemacht und sogar einen Fehler gefunden der mich später...
