It was a pleasure working with Robert. He is genuinely polite, thoughtful, and has a down-to-earth, approachable style. His comments helped me identify places to improve clarity without losing the heart of the story, and he highlighted many of the moments that resonated with him as a reader. I would absolutely collaborate with him again.

I'm very happy with the final report from Robert, and he was always quick to respond and give me more specific feedback. In the first round of comments I still had questions, but he was more than willing to provide more answers in reference to my further questions. I will use him again!
