What exactly is a CRO audit and what do I get?
A CRO audit is a structured analysis of your store identifying specific reasons why visitors aren't converting. You receive: a prioritised list of 10–20 conversion barriers (design, UX, copy, trust, speed, funnel), a PDF report with annotated screenshots, and a Loom screen-recording video walking
Do I need Elementor already installed?
For the Standard and Premium packages, I use Elementor (free) or Elementor Pro for the redesign. If you're on a different builder (Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Oxygen), message me before ordering — I work with most builders but delivery time may vary. For the Basic audit package, no builder changes a
Will you break my existing store?
Never. I always work on a staging environment or a child theme first. Your live store is untouched until you approve the changes. Every project starts with a full backup. For hosting with no built-in staging (e.g. basic shared hosting), I use a staging plugin to create a safe copy.
My store is slow — can you fix that too?
Yes — speed is a core conversion factor (a 1-second delay reduces conversions by up to 7%). Basic speed fixes (image compression, caching via WP Rocket) are included in the Standard package. A full Core Web Vitals audit and optimisation with GTmetrix/PageSpeed reporting is included in Premium.
