John took our AI created design and a crude SketchUp layout and turned it into building plans that are detailed and clear. His level to detail is excellent and all communication has been proactive. We are hobbiest DIYers - we wanted to have instructions made to avoid costly (and frustrating!) mistakes...

Great shop drawings. Not so good if you want to use for permits. We had to get an engineer to do the drawings from scratch because of lack of information needed to obtain a city permit. We provided with an older site plan drawings to be used to extract information from. Nothing useful was sent back.

Once again, John knocked it out of the park for me. I needed a quick turnaround on a set of plans for a custom shelving unit. Once I got the measurements over to John, he was able to produce a set of plans that was perfect for me to (a) order supplies from and (b) begin building from. I appreciate John's level of expertise and attention to detail.
