Perguntas frequentes
Do you accept customized/personalized journals and planners?
Yes. I will customized your preffered journals and planners. I'll be happy to help and make your creative ideas come true.
Can I have the source file?
I mostly design the planners, journals, trackers, etc. in Canva so after the project is finished I can send you the Canva link so you can use and edit it anytime.
Do you use unique & commercial design/pattern/images. So that nobody can use them?
No, I don't. I only use free design, patterns, and images for design. Although I have customized them according to our needs. You can also provide some elements that you have if you have any.

After I escalated the issue to customer support, she finally replied with an apology and promised delivery within one day. However,...
