I began my BPO career as a frontline agent in 2007, then moved into back office operations, where I helped pioneer back office workflows at Telus Philippines. In 2015, I was promoted to Team Leader, managing a team that worked closely with sales teams on back office processing and order completion. I currently work with another back office team in a similar capacity, with even greater live interaction alongside sales agents to complete customer orders — giving me a deep, end-to-end understanding of the order lifecycle from both the frontline and back office sides.
