I worked as a 3D CAD Designer for a product development company that needed to transform rough ideas, sketches, and existing concepts into accurate, professional, and manufacturing ready designs. The company was experiencing challenges with inconsistent dimensions, poorly organized models, complex revisions, and unclear component relationships. These issues were slowing down product development, increasing revision time, and making it difficult to move concepts confidently into prototyping and manufacturing. My role was to turn these challenges into practical design solutions. I developed detailed 3D CAD models for individual components, mechanical parts, assemblies, and complete product concepts while maintaining accuracy, functionality, and design intent. I carefully reviewed project requirements, dimensions, reference materials, and engineering specifications before creating each model. I also improved existing designs by simplifying complex geometry, correcting dimensional inconsistencies, optimizing component relationships, and considering manufacturability during the modeling process. Where required, I prepared clear technical drawings and production ready documentation to make the designs easier for engineers, manufacturers, and clients to understand. Through a structured and detail focused workflow, I helped the company reduce unnecessary design revisions, improve communication between teams, and create CAD files that were easier to edit, prototype, and manufacture. I maintained a strong focus on precision, clean modeling practices, practical engineering solutions, and delivering designs according to the client's requirements. This experience strengthened my ability to turn concepts into detailed, production ready CAD designs. I focus on precision, functionality, clean modeling, and practical solutions that help clients confidently move from idea to prototype and production.
