AUGUST INTERNATIONAL / iDAFFODIL / AUDAR HEALTH - Website Optimisation - Improved the traffic for 3 different company-owned sites through use of on-page and off-page SEO. Improvements averaged 400% increase. Achieved via targeting search intent, creating a community, managing email and landing page marketing and running sales. - 3rd Party Optimisation - Created and implemented a new Due Process for the upload of new content to Amazon, Robert Dyas and other 3rd parties. This allowed all departments to quickly and clearly make edits without any one person blitzing the good work of another before publishing (Yes, in my first month I got fed up with the Amazon uploader adding typos to all my descriptions so I implemented a new system, inspiration can strike from necessity sometimes). This included uploading the entire 150+ product catalogue to TikTok shop, Tesco Marketplace and more. - In-print and in-person - The Audar Health portion of the company saw me travel to local and international events, and prepare printed copy for them. Being able to not just write content, but to speak face-to-face with the customers and companies we were working with, gave me a greater understanding of my own versatility (and talent for communication).
