what do I need to provide to get started?
A sketch with dimensions, an existing floor plan, or even a detailed written description. The more details you give, the more accurate the final plan will be.
What file formats will I receive?
You will get high-resolution JPG and PDF files ready for presentation or printing. The source file is included in all packages for future edits.
Can you work without exact measurements?
I can create a conceptual layout without precise measurements. But for a scaled, accurate floor plan, I need at least approximate dimensions of the rooms and walls.
Do you provide 3D renderings or elevations?
This GIG covers 2D floor plans only. If you need 3D visuals or elevations, contact me first for a custom offer.
