I currently coach the 9–14-year-old competitive swimming team at the same club where I trained as a swimmer for 10 years. My experience as a competitive athlete has given me valuable practical knowledge that I apply directly to coaching, helping me achieve concrete results with my athletes. Several swimmers I have coached have successfully qualified for and competed at National Championships, demonstrating the effectiveness of our training and development approach.
