Technically, you can add an extra service for an extra revision. But, in my work-flow, I have my own several architectural visualization steps and I always send my progress to the buyer before continuing and truly delivered the order. So, basically, you will have unlimited revisions.

It depends on your needs. Generally, you can provide 2D Architectural Drawings, Sketches or 3D Models. But, for more details and exact files you need to provide, we can talk about it before you placing an order.

For an 2D Images I prefer AutoCAD Drawings, JPEG, PNG, PDF and other image contained files as long it's clearly show the content. For 3D files I prefer Sketchup, 3DsMax, DAE or FBX. But, the rendering progress is much faster with Sketchup files.

I can't describe it in details, but generally I started by looking at your files and doing some enhancement if needed then start rendering in V-Ray and doing some Post-Production in Photoshop.
