Vulnerability scans are a requirements for various activities, such as PCI-DSS, SAS-70, GDPR or vendor agreements. Vulnerability scan services are performed with an industry standard security tool, Nessus Professional.
This gig contains "internal network" scans only, which are not accessible from the Internet.
Scans will be performed using a dedicated PC in the target internal network, which must be provided by you. The hardware requirements for this PC is as follows:
- Windows/Linux/MacOS PC
- a minimum 8 gigabytes of ram,
- at least 2 CPU cores,
- at least 30 Gigabytes of free disk space.
Also, Zoom remote desktop access with remote control capabilities is required. Nessus Professional installation and license transfer will be made to this PC and scans will be occasionally monitored via Zoom.
