No, you just need to describe what you want your chatbot to do and share any documents or information it should reference. I handle the technical build.
What if I don't have a knowledge base or documents ready yet?
That's fine for a Basic package. For RAG based tiers, I'll need whatever content you want the bot referencing, FAQs, product info, policies, even a messy document works as a starting point.
Can the chatbot connect to my existing website or app?
In most cases yes, through a website widget or common integrations like WhatsApp or Telegram. If you have a custom system or codebase, message me first so I can confirm it's feasible before you order.
How accurate are the chatbot's answers?
With retrieval augmented generation, the bot answers from your actual content rather than guessing, which significantly reduces incorrect or made up responses. It's not infallible, so I recommend reviewing responses during testing before full launch.
Do you offer ongoing support after delivery?
The packages here cover the initial build and set number of revisions. If you want an ongoing maintenance or update arrangement, message me and we can discuss a custom setup.
