I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves — helping them rebuild clarity, confidence, and direction after heavy seasons of life. My approach is based on lived experience navigating burnout, trauma, and the process of rebuilding self-worth. I understand what it’s like to function on the outside while feeling mentally and emotionally drained on the inside. Through 1-on-1 coaching conversations, I help clients slow down their thoughts, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, practical way. Areas I support clients with include: • Managing burnout and emotional overwhelm • Breaking cycles of overthinking and mental exhaustion • Rebuilding self-trust and confidence • Gaining clarity and direction in life • Navigating life transitions and personal challenges • Creating structure and forward momentum when feeling stuck My sessions are focused on honest conversation, reflection, and practical guidance — not generic advice or surface-level motivation. The goal is to help clients move from feeling stuck and uncertain to feeling grounded, clear, and capable of taking their next steps forward. I’ve also spent significant time developing and refining my own personal growth and rebuilding process, which continues to shape how I support others. Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a judgment-free space where clients can be open, honest, and fully themselves without pressure or expectations.

I’ve spent years in kitchens where pressure is constant, emotions run high, and everyone’s carrying something they don’t talk about. As a chef, you don’t just cook—you witness it all. The burnout. The anxiety. The silent battles behind the line. I’ve had more real conversations in walk-ins and after closing than most people have in a lifetime. Talking cooks through breakdowns. Listening to servers holding it together for one more shift. Seeing myself in all of it… because I was living it too. That environment didn’t just shape my career—it prepared me. It taught me how to listen without judgment. How to read between the lines. How to support someone when they don’t even have the words. Now stepping into this new chapter of helping others… It doesn’t feel like a pivot. It feels like a continuation of what I’ve been doing all along. Just in a different setting. With deeper intention.
