Why should I hire you?
I've taken coaching courses and I have an MBA. But more importantly, I am an entrepreneur. I built a 7-figure multi-city franchise system from scratch and won many business awards along the way. So I understand the challenges you face, and I have the lived experience to guide you towards success.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
My expertise is service-based businesses. Whether it's a physical location, home-based, online, or in person - if your business provides a service to people, I can help.
How does this work?
My intake form will gather details which I'll review before our call. That Google Form has a link where you can book our 1:1 Zoom call based on what works for your schedule. Expect a session summary and transcript after our call.
What can I expect?
I listen. And ask lots of questions. My approach balances data-driven analysis, with decisions that aligns with your vision & values. It's all oriented to meet your immediate needs, and long term goals.
What time zones do you work in?
I work with clients across all time zones.
Do you work with only established businesses?
I work with all stages of business. If you are starting a business, I can support your decision making around setting up the foundations around operations, marketing, branding, pricing strategy, and financial forecasts. If your business isn't growing like you hoped, I can help figure out why.
