D365 Functional Consultant – Finance and Operation 1. Working on delivering pending project deliverables post-system Go Live, ensuring successful system handover to the client. 2. Assisting with end-user system support for the group-wide finance system Microsoft D365, addressing finance and accounting queries. 3. Managing multiple projects while contributing as a technical member, conducting project reviews, and meeting deadlines. 4. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and fully documented for team members to take ownership. 5. Understanding customer needs and addressing escalated issues and incidents proactively and in a timely manner. Finance System Analyst 1. Assisting of end user system support, primarily of the group-wide finance system Microsoft D365 and any related finance and accounting queries. 2. Contributing to continual service improvement of the support function, by participating in testing and assisting in implementing improvements driving consistency, productivity and efficiencies across the business. 3. Managing multiple projects while being a technical member. Perform project reviews and updates while achieving deadlines. 4. Delivering projects on time, in scope and fully documented for team members to take ownership. 5. Understanding customer needs and motivations and respond to escalated issues and incidents in a proactive, timely manner 6. Present reports on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis (Project, incidents, KPIs status, team performance and Infrastructure performance) 7. Executing month-end responsibilities within the given deadlines 8. Leading team members with less experience in solutions and help them get up to speed.
