In this role, you will be the sole custodian of our company websites—using modern development environments to code and update them efficiently—while also enforcing IT policies and designing practical marketing literature and display materials for industry exhibitions and events.Key Responsibilities1. AI-Assisted Web Development & IT Policy ManagementWeb Design & Development: Build, launch, and regularly update company websites. You will write clean code and implement frontend changes using modern IDEs (like Cursor) paired with AI software agents to accelerate deployment and optimize user experiences.IT Policy & Security: Draft, implement, and enforce company-wide IT usage policies (e.g., password standards, AI tool usage guidelines, data handling, and device security protocols) to safeguard business data.Technical Maintenance: Handle domain registrations, web hosting setups, SSL certificates, and backup schedules to prevent site downtime.Internal Helpdesk Support: Oversee company hardware setup, software licensing, and troubleshoot tech issues for internal staff members.2. Event Marketing & Collateral DesignExhibition & Event Materials: Design visually striking, large-format graphics, banners, and backdrops specifically tailored for company booths at exhibitions and trade shows.Marketing Literature: Layout and produce professional corporate literature, including brochures, product catalogs, flyers, and data sheets.Brand Asset Creation: Produce digital and physical posters, promotional handouts, and event-specific invitations that align with corporate brand guidelines.Vendor & Print Management: Coordinate with external printing companies to manage material specifications, paper stocks, print quality, and delivery timelines fo
