Aligned Studio grew out of my early freelance work as a virtual assistant. What started as task-based support evolved into a full-service podcast booking agency for authors, founders, and entrepreneurs. Today I handle everything - research, personalized pitch writing, host outreach, follow-ups, and booking coordination - so clients show up to the interview and nothing else. Aligned Studio is built on one principle: every pitch should be worth the host's time.

Raquel was wonderful to work with. She helped me update my Acuity scheduling around upcoming travel and also made revisions to my client consent forms when an unexpected need came up.
