I have hired him to fix our wifi drivers on ubuntu which he did successfully. After that I find out I have no sound drivers left anymore (i had sound before him connecting and sorting wifi) . So I contacted the seller again asking to help me ( yes i noticed it 2 weeks later as i have not been using computer...

I am very happy with the work Ken did for me. He was exceptionally patient with someone just learning Linux and explained everything I needed to do on my side for him to be able to get the Automatic Ripping Machine working the way I wanted it.
