Develop and review process engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process datasheets in accordance with project specifications and international standards. Perform process calculations and equipment sizing for key units such as separators, pumps, heat exchangers, and water treatment systems. Contribute to the design and optimization of CPF process systems to ensure efficiency, operability, and safety. Define process design basis, operating philosophy, and system design criteria. Coordinate with piping discipline to support piping layout development, line sizing, and ensure compliance with process requirements. Interface with instrumentation and control teams to define control philosophy, cause & effect diagrams, and process control requirements. Review vendor documents and technical offers to ensure compliance with process specifications. Participate in HAZOP, design reviews, and technical meetings to ensure safe and reliable design. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements throughout the engineering phase.
