What is needed/required to start the order ?
I will need a vector file of your logo. (AI, EPS, SVG,PDF) If you only have JPG file then we can vectorize it for an extra 15$.
If I give background music, can you just put it into animation without additional price?

What is vector file?
Source/ vector files make your logo animation you can edit it yourself in the form of an after effect file. These files provides total flexibility over future editing in design. Without owning vector files, you are just buying a piece of an video!
Do I own all the rights ?
Yes as per Fiverr TOS, When purchasing a Gig, Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the Seller on their Gig page. So, Yes! You are granted with all rights. :)
