Designed Agentic AI workflows using AWS Bedrock Nova (Converse API) with forced tool use to enable autonomous content extraction, multimodal chat interactions, and automated quiz evaluation. Architected a highly scalable, multi-tenant Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) microservice utilizing FastAPI, Qdrant (Vector DB), and AWS Textract to index and retrieve PDFs and 3D models. Built end-to-end MLOps CI/CD pipelines deploying containerized APIs to AWS ECS Fargate and AWS Lambda. Implemented robust asynchronous job queues utilizing AWS SQS and DynamoDB for distributed locking and state tracking. Engineered robust data ingestion pipelines in PostgreSQL (JSONB) to manage user state, curriculum tracking, and hyper-personalized AI prompts for a SaaS educational platform.
